her recipe originally calls for Greek Yogurt and Granola. i had neither on hand so it was regular plain yogurt with some quinoa for the crunch! plain yogurt works great as it balances the sweet and tart from the plums. great for breakfast, lunch, or dessert!

it really does not get anymore summery than this! herb goat cheese spread instead of cream cheese topped with slices of local field cucumbers and strawberries. wish i had come up with this at the start of strawberry season... try it closed or open faced! or for a gluten-free version, make rolls out of the cucumber and stuff with goat cheese and strawberries...
roasted same style as plums (minus the thyme) with additional sprinkling of cinnamon and a pinch of nutmeg
plain yogurt, coconut milk, icing sugar and minced mint leaves blended
pan-roasted pecans with drop of maple syrup
don't try it, you won't like it.
